The company has always valued the health of its employees and holds free health check-ups every year. Not only does it follow the frequency and items of statutory checks, but it also provides additional health check items to ensure the physical health of employees.
In 2023, KEMFLO organized a blood donation event on November 14 and November 16. When the company initiated this charitable blood donation activity, the entire atmosphere was filled with a spirit of care and inclusiveness. Employees gathered together not only to support this important charitable action but also to demonstrate the team's cohesion and sense of social responsibility.
At the blood donation site, everyone's smiles were filled with kindness and love. Whether they were new employees or seasoned veterans, compassion knows no boundaries, and many foreign colleagues also came to participate in the blood donation that day. Everyone was willing to contribute a drop of their blood, knowing that this small act would provide others with immense hope for life.
In 2022, we expanded the organization and planning of blood donation activities, made sufficient promotions, and extended the scope of public welfare blood donation to the Pingtung Blood Donation Room and the Kaohsiung MRT Blood Donation Room. To encourage employees to actively donate blood, the company specially provides blood donation rewards. The first phase was conducted on-site, and to facilitate employee participation, we planned for 3 days for blood donation, with a total of 197 successful donations, amounting to 274 bags.
KEMFLO, which has always been low-key in its activities, upholds the belief in social responsibility and pays attention to the health of its colleagues and the public. On September 15, 2021, it co-hosted its first blood donation charity event with the blood donation center. To facilitate its colleagues in donating blood, the blood donation event was specially held on-site, marking the beginning of KEMFLO's social participation activities.
