1. Regularly conduct operational environment monitoring every six months.
To ensure the physical health of employees and to avoid injuries from physical and chemical hazard factors, regular operational environment monitoring is conducted every six months. The items include testing for dust, noise, organic solvents, carbon dioxide, illuminance, and more.

2、 Regularly implement safety and health education training
1.Develop safety and health education training materials and implement general occupational safety and health education training for new employees and transferred personnel.
2.Regularly implement safety and health education training for on-the-job personnel every quarter.
3.Implement various safety and health on-the-job education and training, such as: first aid personnel, crane operators, forklift operators, etc.

3、 Regularly implement health checks, health management, and health promotion activities.
1.The company complies with the law and conducts health checks for domestic employees once a year, as well as special health checks for specific personnel.
2.Health management and health promotion, according to the Labor Health Protection Regulations.15The regulations are implemented with a tiered management system, along with three monthly on-site services from contracted factory doctors, to protect workers' health.

4、 Conduct fire drills every six months regularly.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Fire Services Act and Article 15 of its Enforcement Rules, fire drills are conducted every six months to strengthen personnel’s disaster prevention and emergency response capabilities.

5. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act and its enforcement rules, establish the "Safety and Health Work Guidelines" for employees to follow.

6. Implement automatic safety and health inspections to protect workers' personal safety.

1.For forklifts, elevators, fixed cranes, aerial work platforms, etc., automatic inspections are implemented, including operational checkpoints, regular inspections, and key inspections.

2.On-site and safety personnel will regularly inspect the protective equipment of the on-site machinery and equipment.

3.Implement operational checkpoints for organic solvent operations, specific chemical operations, and dust operations.
