Human Rights Management Policy Specific measures
Provide a safe and healthy working environment Establish the "Occupational Safety and Health Guidelines" to assist all employees in understanding work safety requirements and preventing workplace risks.
Prohibit forced labor, comply with labor laws. Announce the <Work Regulations> and submit it to the competent authority for record-keeping to protect employees' basic labor rights.
Strengthening awareness of basic human rights The internal announcement of the "Labor/Human Rights Policy" in four language versions continues to promote the implementation of human rights concepts.
Continuous communication to strengthen human rights concepts An average of one human rights-themed advocacy course is held each season, covering topics such as friendly workplaces and gender equality, with a total participation of about 200 people throughout the year.
Receive positive feedback, demonstrating the results of continuous efforts in promoting workplace human rights education.
Require human rights-friendly supply chain management Require cooperating suppliers to sign IWAY (Supplier Code of Conduct) to ensure compliance with basic human rights.Standard.
