Employee Benefits

In order to create a safe, friendly, and attractive working environment, KEMFLO continues to improve various welfare systems, covering aspects from basic protection to diverse care, including compensation rewards, insurance benefits, life support, and physical and mental health care. It is hoped that this will enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, thereby promoting sustainable development and organizational stability. The current employee benefits are as follows:

  • Insurance benefits: Labor insurance, health insurance, group insurance, overseas business trip travel insurance
  • Bonus benefits: year-end bonus, holiday cash/gift vouchers for the three festivals, Labor Day cash/gift vouchers, birthday vouchers
  • Welfare bonuses: wedding gift money, childbirth gift money, funeral subsidies, employee education subsidies, children's education grants, internal referral bonuses, new employee retention bonuses.
  • Other benefits: free lunch, departmental gatherings, club activities, irregular holiday celebrations, annual health check-ups, medical room, on-site physician services.
  • Comfortable working environment: parking spaces for cars and motorcycles, employee cafeteria, coffee grinding, dedicated nursing room for employees.

 

Retirement system

To ensure the quality of employees' retirement life, KEMFLO designs flexible and secure retirement plans in accordance with local laws and regulations at each operational site, balancing the diverse needs of employees with corporate responsibility. KEMFLO Taiwan handles the old and new pension contributions according to the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act, respectively. For employees applicable to the old system, the company contributes 6% of their salary monthly to a retirement reserve account established at Taiwan Bank, ensuring sufficient fund reserves. For employees under the new system, contributions of 6% of their salary are made monthly to individual retirement accounts established by the Labor Insurance Bureau as required. Additionally, employees may apply for labor insurance old-age benefits based on their insurance years to provide diverse sources of retirement income.
