By 2024, our Taiwan plant has employed 19 employees with disabilities, exceeding the statutory hiring standard. Furthermore, KEMFLO ensures that all employees holding disability certificates receive equal salaries and benefits as their colleagues in the same positions, and is committed to providing an equitable development workplace environment, practicing a culture of diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination in employment.
