Our company values "customer privacy protection" and follows the "Personal Data Protection Act". We have established management operations for personal data protection within our internal control system, as well as rigorous privacy security management and protective measures. We have constructed a data governance system, established data standards and classifications, and implemented access control and review mechanisms for data owners to ensure that data access and sharing are properly governed and protected, as well as the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the data. The scope applies to all employees of KEMFLO Industrial Co., Ltd. in Taiwan; for suppliers and customers, we sign NDAs/MNDAs/contracts or proposals with different levels. Regarding the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data privacy involved in the operational process, we comply with relevant government laws and regulations, use data within the limits prescribed by law, and will not provide, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties in any disguised manner. We will implement the operational procedures set by the company to maintain the security and privacy rights of our customers.
