KEMFLO upholds the corporate culture spirit of "Integrity and Honesty," with integrity, fairness principles, and transparency as the highest guiding principles of the company. To create a culture of integrity and lawfulness, KEMFLO is committed to implementing various ethical measures and has established the "Code of Integrity Management" and the "Procedures and Guidelines for Integrity Management" to reduce the impact and damage of corruption incidents on internal and external stakeholders' financial and related interests. The integrity management policy mainly regulates the following:
1. Avoid events that sacrifice company interests for personal gain.
2. Avoid any bribery, unfair competition, fraud, and abuse of company resources.
3. Do not engage in behaviors that are detrimental to the company, society, or the environment.
4. Comply with laws and regulations.
5. Avoid any improper actions that may influence the decision-making of stakeholders, such as government officials, public system personnel, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
Employees: During the training for new employees at KEMFLO, topics such as anti-corruption, ethical integrity, conflict of interest, gifts, and business hospitality are included. All employees sign the "Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption Declaration and Commitment Agreement," which stipulates that during their employment, they must not engage in misconduct, accept kickbacks, or benefit others. At the same time, KEMFLO has specific regulations regarding the duty of honesty in the "Work Rules," which include provisions that prohibit soliciting business through bribery, kickbacks, allowances, or other improper means, and require fairness and impartiality.

Suppliers: The communication between procurement personnel and suppliers regarding the integrity management policy, in addition to verbal promotion, also includes signing the "Supplier Integrity Commitment Letter" with suppliers to ensure that the business conduct between suppliers and KEMFLO is fair, transparent, and does not involve requesting, providing, or accepting bribes.
