Kemflo Blood Donation
Kemflo's Taiwan factory is located in the Pingtung City Science Park, in the southernmost county and city of Taiwan, where resources are relatively scarce compared to other western counties and cities in Taiwan.
For example, in terms of education, due to geographical location and a lack of educational resources, there are a total of 157 elementary and junior high schools in Pingtung County on the list of rural areas in Taiwan.
Kemflo supports local education and cares for students from rural or disadvantaged groups by providing extracurricular diverse courses during winter and summer vacations, which are different from regular school courses. Since 2023, we have collaborated with the teams from National Chengchi University and the National Science Council to school, benefiting students in rural areas.
In addition to education, Kemflo also responds to social welfare by encouraging colleagues to roll up their sleeves and donate blood.
The company provides rewards to employees who successfully donate blood, and also offers gifts to the blood donation station for the participants who successfully donate blood.
Since 2024, Kemflo has partnered with the NCCU / National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Sustainability Team to carry out public-interest education initiatives focused on supporting underserved communities.
With funding provided by Kemflo and educational resources contributed by NCCU, winter and summer educational programs have been delivered to elementary schools in rural areas of Pingtung County. To date, students from two local elementary schools—Gaoshu Elementary School and Yutian Elementary School—have benefited from these programs.
Guided by our strong commitment to education, we will continue to invest time and resources in public-interest educational programs. Looking ahead, we also plan to integrate Kemflo’s core expertise in water filtration technology into future courses, enabling students to gain practical knowledge that supports everyday life.
